Luxor Reports Record Sales
Increases 2004 Outlook
Luxor Industrial Corporation is pleased to report that April 2004 sales of $194,520 achieved a record for any one month. The record is the result of the growing acceptance of Luxor's new Fast FrameT window and door component product line combined with its established business for its patented IBS 2000® Load Sharing ConnectorsT.
Luxor is committed to diversifying its product lines through expanding applications for its current products and developing additional innovative products to service the active housing markets in North America and the United Kingdom. This includes the evaluation of IBS 2000® to reduce low frequency noise in order to allow builders in the UK to meet the strict sound transmission standards contained within the new revisions to Part E of the UK building code. In addition, Luxor is continuing to conduct market research on innovative building products that will capitalise on the growing trend to factory-built housing components and the use of engineered wood products.
"As we look forward, our R&D pipeline is expected to yield near-term new product introductions to further Luxor's revenue growth in 2004," said Luxor's President and CEO Terry Lashman. "Luxor's revenues have been increasing ever since it added the new "Fast Frame" T product line. With Luxor being a leader in building systems innovations, there are more products under development. Luxor is always looking at innovative ways of growing its existing product line", concluded Lashman.
